Exhibition Overview：

The Guangzhou International Education Study Abroad Exhibition will bring together numerous universities and study abroad agencies from multiple countries and regions around the world to provide families who intend to study abroad with a comprehensive understanding of study abroad information, application strategies, overseas life and employment related issues. Regarding Guangzhou Fair：                                                     

The Guangzhou Fair is a large-scale comprehensive exhibition for Sino-foreign economic and trade cooperation hosted by the People's Government of Guangzhou. Adhering to the principle of "based in the Greater Bay Area, facing domestic and overseas markets, and serving the whole of China", it has been successfully held for 33 consecutive years since 1993. The scale and influence of the exhibition have been continuously enhanced, making it an important exchange platform for our city to carry out regional cooperation with friendly regions and cities at home and abroad, to play its role as a national central city, and to serve as a core engine for the construction of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area.

The 34th Guangzhou Fair will be held at the Canton Fair Complex from August 21st to 23rd, 2026. Adhering to the principle of "Rooted in the Greater Bay Area, Facing Domestic and Overseas Markets, Serving the Whole of China", and with the theme of "Innovation Empowers, Win-Win Sharing", this edition of the fair is planned to cover an overall area of approximately 220,000 square meters. It focuses on serving the construction of a modern industrial system. During the fair, a series of related summits and other activities will be held, aiming to build a high-quality platform for governments and enterprises that integrates exhibition, promotion, trade negotiation, cooperation, and exchange, and to promote high-quality economic and social development.

1. Exhibition process：                                                                                    

1. Fill out the exhibition application form, scan or mail it to the organizing unit; The principle of booth sequence allocation: "Apply first, pay first, and arrange first";

2. Within three days after receiving confirmation from the organizing unit to sign the contract, the enterprise shall remit all exhibition fees to the organizing committee, and the designated booth can be retained. After the exhibition fees are remitted, please scan the bank remittance form to the organizing unit, and the organizing unit will officially confirm the booth.

3. The organizing unit sends the "Exhibitor Manual" to exhibitors two weeks before the exhibition. The manual includes precautions for booth setup, hotel accommodations, and other relevant matters, to assist exhibitors in completing their exhibition activities conveniently and efficiently.
